The awful weather means that, with great sadness and regret, the organisers of the forthcoming ‘Bloomsbury Summer Fete’ – due to take place on Friday 13 July – are having to re-schedule the event. Conditions in Bedford Square are so water logged, following the recent extreme rain storms that, with more heavy rain forecast for the rest of this week, it would not be safe to hold the fete.
The organisers are considering a new date in mid August and hope to be able to announce a revised date shortly.
Bloomsbury Squares & Gardens
