The Friends of St George’s Gardens’ summer party is on Saturday 3 June, 2 till 5 pm – the first party since 2019 and less than two weeks away.  Come for a relaxing afternoon of music and fun.

“For music we have the Marama Café Band – our regulars – but supplemented by the full TAP Ukulele Band. We have a children’s entertainer, a puppet show, a face painter – so bring children! And there’s tea and cakes, of course.

We’ll also have a second hand book stall, so please bring any unwanted books – especially paperback fiction – at the start of the afternoon. Sales will be in aid of FoSGG. But any books unsold at the end of the party will be given to the second hand bookstall at University College Hospital, in aid of a hospital charity. 

Plus one other date for your diaries. We’re sponsoring Songhaven to sing in the Gardens again on Sunday 20 August at 3pm. Something else not to miss.”
