For those of you who are Chess players, or know of Chess players, the Commissioners of Russell Square are starting a Wednesday lunchtime club, 12.30-2.30 pm,at the tables in the Square. The first meeting will be on 4 September – do come along if you fancy a game and also please tell friends and family who might be interested.

There is a meetup site for people who want to arrange to meet and/or play. Of course you can play chess anytime you like – Paul at the caffe has loan sets – but the club will mean you can meet and play other chess fans.
