The second  application for a statue of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, by a new applicant and a different sculptor, has been refused.  For details see the Camden planning website: http://www.camden.gov.uk/planningsearch. The application number is 2012/2355/P. We are hopeful that the new policy on public memorials currently being drawn up by Camden will give better consideration to its listed gardens.
